Aesop Kyoto.

Well given I have decided I should become a non-slack blogger again, I'm going to slowly work my way through my ridiculously extensive 'to-blog' folder.

Most of you may have already seen this lurking around the likes of Pinterest - but I still love it. The above project is the Kyoto Aesop store designed by Simplicity. It combines my love of quite a few things a] Aesop [yeah yeah I never shut up about Aesop but can you blame me?] b] copper detailing and c] white interiors.

The black translucent fabric with bottles of Aesop goodies fixed in vertical columns is also a feature of this particular fit out, and is described as a reference to vertical Japanese calligraphy.

I'm also quite fond of the change in floor finishes.
